They've been having "old timers" write about the past in the local paper (have to do something to fill up a weekly paper). It's been VERY interesting since most people their age didn't live in what was REALLY the back woods then. I guess I just never realized how true the hanging mail bag situation was until someone wrote about happening when they were growing up
