Steve Grogan has a point to a certain extent. Sometimes it makes more sense to buy it than to shoot it yourself. But if your making cash off of the niche you might wanna understand it a lot better. You can always sell what you know better than anything.
I partnered with a guy that knew gay sites when I turned one on. Of course the 4 month delay in launch due to a processing circle jerk more or less has it shelved.
