It's not a term I use everyday, but some examples would be

"Gonna have a few of my womens over tomorrow afternoon, so you might wanna stop by."

or

"I know how to treat MY womens..."

I do know what is STUPID though, and keep away from riddiculious "shizzy", "nizzy", "izzle", and combinations of other words and the above said.
