Serge, you gotta read the articles you quote. Bush is stretching the limits of the American empire. Raising a local army in Iraq. Like the Romans, Bush cannot afford the empire. Cutting taxes will do nothing because he is just creating a trickle up economy that will cure nothing. If you lived in the Soviet Union you should already realise this. Damn you are easy.
