Anthony I spent two years at least on that board, worked for free for Netpond for 10 months before being offered a job there, held the hand of newbies for a year after that pulling my hair out...
and all the time I was posting on that flat board. It was my HOME.
Don't assume to tell me how I should and shouldn't feel or that I'm being a newbie because I'm not moaning over a script that's simply been replaced with a better script.
Netpond is still there. Meat and Aga are still there. Jayman, Bree... they're still there. It's STILL Netpond. It's STILL offering up a ton of resources to anyone who needs them, good information, help for newbies, and especially - message boards for community and networking.
The old gorilla isn't dead. He simply upgraded, and this sentimental crap is just that... crap.
If you guys were truly so damn sentimental about Netpond and it was SO important to you, you'd still be there posting and they wouldn't have to close that board down, now would they?
