Well, on that we agree! The Hon. Brownback is a co-sponsor of the Federal Marriage Amendment. When sent a fairly mild (IMHO) questioning
letter about his stand on the issue the answer was a totally unresponsive 'thanks for your input, we're (royal) doing this because families and our culture must be protected' (form? sure read like it) letter. Who's he in bed with? Sam's never come out and said he thinks Fred Phelps (the Kansas religious kook) is out of line with his campaign of hate.
So, I'd say the 'this is not a secular republic but a Christian democracy (as WE define democracy)' crowd has the Hon. Brownback by the 'nads.
