you may not have done business directly, but ask john_cotac how many checks he's sent to j & a from spreadsheets i've sent him in the past ... lmk if you want programs & usernames ;-)
from our biz in the past, j & a earned a folder with paper & notes & stuff in it in my filing cabinet - that doesn't happen in my office very often
i'd do biz with them both again in a second
