It's a love or hate it movie from what I've seen. Ebert and Roper went gaga over it, but I've seen others pan it.
As always, whenever you protest against something, it's human nature for everyone else to rush to see what the fuss is about.
I doubt I'll see it in the theater, but I will watch it on DVD. Here in Atlanta churches have bought out the theaters and offering it free for whomever walks up. And even my little theater is showing it during times they're usually closed.
