did you do the 4 day or 2 day hike?
I did the 4 day hike. Kicked my ass. I did ok with the altitude but caught some nasty bug in the jungle, day 3, and spent the night in pure misery.
I am glad I did it. I would never sign up for that again. The people who take the train are more refreshed at the sanctuary as opposed to the hikers who are sitting every 10 minutes.
I climbed to the temple of the sun as well
