That's funny because of the irony behind it
At a "Goth" club a few months back, standing on the balcony drinking watching the going's on below on the dance floor (and elsewhere - so what I'm a social voyeur) and thinking to myself
All these Goth's striving for non conformity have become conformist
The all black outfits, the disaffected attitude, the bizarre/unusual dances, Hot Topic clothes, the list goes on
I found it quite amusing - but then so are a few glasses of Dewar's
and yes I go out of my way to be "colorful" when "gothing" (kind of like slumming so to speak)
