Beside the lower price, then maybe in time, when enough companies have outsourced their lawyers and accountants, we will start to have less of them here = a better world

I'm not sure I'd want to count on an attorney or accountant in another country to know about the laws here in the states. In addition, lawyers and accountants are best seen face to face. And how much do you think it would cost to fly one here for a court date/deposition/IRS audit?
Heck, I don't even want my lawyer or accountant from outside my state, let alone from outside the country.
