Seems like the neighbor was all too happy to explain Confucy's character to the court, too. Can you imagine living next to Confucy for the past 20 years? Poor woman.

I bet the insurance company with that $20k judgement would love to hear about the details of this and see the documentation where she claims she hasn't been living in California, but instead, in Indiana. Would probably help them collect and/or seize to settle the debt.
