Brad, I don't care much about market....it's NOT my money, it's my benefeciaries money,
I let THEM worry about markets

My MAIN source of income is...lending money,
therefore, I am much more interested in where the rates go than the markets...
...but if I cared,
I'd say close to unchanged for a year,
with some fireworks inbetween
