Once the lawyers start to look at the hit and run scammers, then I wouldn´t like to be in the middle as an affiliate/webmaster, merchant bank, isp etc. Since most of the large setups involve structures, which are designed to slow down investigators, then lawyers/police will probably go after the easy targets in the supply chain, which have also profit from the crime. They are doing this in online drug sale cases:

Will only be a matter of time, before this happens in adult... actually I would be very surprised, if they are not already looking into this as we speak.
