It sounds to me as if he's saying some of the people who want to be a part of the tournament are "tier 1" webmasters that in his opinion styaed with and are helping Adult Check fuck over other adult webmasters. It's similar to the people who have been calling on others not to use (boycott) programs that have settled with Acaia because they are helping Acaia fuck over companies with their lawsuits. I've never heard of it before because i never really got into the AVS game but that's what it sounds like to me.
