So did mine - I wonder if there are only certain places which are serviced by RE agents which pay to have their markets recommended.
Mine brought up La Pointe Wisconsin - population 250 and Eagle River Wisconsin - population 1440.

Elkhorn was iffy at 7300
Also Ft. Atkinson Wisconsin, but too many people at 14K.
I also limited my housing costs to $180K or so - if I'm going to live in the middle of no where, I'm not going to pay a lot to do it.
