That's what has me worried. I've read some of the posts from the people who have contacted me and while they look OK NOW, I can certainly see the potential for something "bad" to happen.
I suppose the best way to handle it is to have something stated in writing - even though it's obviously not enforceable. If you host the banner on your (the advertiser's) server, you can always remove it and just kiss the $$ goodbye for the rest of the month.
