I have done alot of studying on Costa Rica. Lots of Americans and Canadians down there.
Cost of living is very nice. Houses with pools, maids, etc can be very reasonable. Just have to decide on what ocean part to live
I sure love fishing and was thinking of mabey opening a bar and restaurant down there if I go sometime..
