It's relaxing. You get to think something aside from work. No computer anywhere near you. Usually beautiful scenery, and the thrill of a fishbite.. and hopefully winning battle with the fish... then eating the poor sucker. I don't do catch and release. When I get enough fish to fill my plate I'll usually open a bottle of alcohol and start drinking and eating.
