New York is unbeatable which is why I live here. If you must go someplace else in the States I would say South Beach, Miami Florida. This time of year it's great and the women are drop dead gorgous and looking for a good time.
I like Paradise island in the Bahamas for similar reasons but a more relaxed vibe.

I will say I must agree with Labret. I love London. The women are not the most attractive but they have a wonderful party spirit that can't be beat! It's a friggin 24hour party over there for me.
Hell, come to think about it, that's everywhere I go.
