This one I have to hear you flesh out. How would sending American flags to kids in foreign countries serve the purpose of reminding them why they are in the position they are in? That would be like sending a Norwegian flag to a kid in Mexico.
They are in the position they are in because they do not live in America? Wouldnt it make more sense to send Mexican kids who are eating their shoes, Mexican flags? Unless of course you are implying that America is responsible for their poverty and you want to rub it in their face?
