The wisdom in the state-controlled society can be seen as having accomplished multiple social programs in one fell swoop. Women that were getting LESS big dicks than they were previously are now filled appropriately and women that were getting too MUCH big dick are stopped from oppressing their sisters by hogging all the big dicks.

Possibly true - but if the counterrevolution is successful and the revolution is preempted, all penises will be confiscated. They will only issued by the local Christian Mullah, er, Bishop, to legally married couples (upon presentation of appropriate financial documents) for the explicit purposes of procreation. Couples who appear to be enjoying it will be disciplined.
