Brad, so true! But this is California, and Small Claims Court is a venue for cheap-ass fucks like Mitnick who like to harass innocent people with frivolous lawsuits. Most Small Claims Courts in the country do not allow lawsuits regarding slander and libel. Mitnick is too cheap to hire an attorney because a REAL ATTORNEY would laugh him out of his office.
