Hi Guys! I am back from Europe. We had a great time and are spending the evening in San Francisco tonight before heading back to Vegas.
The court date is still January 28, 2004 at 9:00am in the Santa Monica courthouse. I know that many people will be attending. She said she wanted the opportunity to tell her side, let's see if she shows up and takes the opportunity to present her "truth." She asked for all of this. Since January 2003, we have said nothing about her until Kevin showed up here in mid-October. We just tried to ignore her, which made her even more vicious in her attacks. She left us with no alternative, but to make her accountable for her actions.
I have seen that she has been running her mouth over at LeeNoga, too. Some people never learn. I also see that she has changed her avatar here on Oprano to a picture of Kevin with the title "Felon Kevin Mitnick." I know I have some pictures of repeat hacking felon, Lew Payne, laying around somewhere...
