Aside from the laugh we're all getting from you claiming to be a teacher, I would guess that 98% of the REAL porn webmasters think that unions are an incredible waste of money and time.
How much are those grocery store workers making for their unskilled labor especially when you add in the benefits? And how much more are they asking for? Unions cause businesses to grossly overpay employees and practically guarantee they won't be fired unless they break the law (and even then they don't always get fired).
Unions have WAY outlasted their usefulness, but I'm not surprised with your lack of business knowledge you think they're something to be copied for the porn industry.
