I had a C-section after 48 hours a labor. Give me a hospital birth any day. :P
Heck, even if I'd whipped that sucker out in 15 minutes I still want to be in a hospital with drugs.
But my sister had hers last year at home in a pool (really). My mother the midwife even thought it was odd, but everything worked out OK.
