What could be interpreted or defined as being morally "wrong",
being defined as "obscene" and what is "illegal" are all
VERY different (though not mutually exclusive) concepts...
As mentioned by LM and Carrie, the only factor that would likely
fall under the umbrella of "illegal" would be the existance
(or lack therof) of documentation... releases, licensing contracts,
etc...
