IMPA is not involved in litigation against Acacia's claims, other than for antitrust issues....IMPA is an association that has a membership structure.
The Defense Fund is the pooling of money by the defendants to help pay for attorney time. Money sent to the Defense Fund directly helps to pay the attorney bills.
Money given to IMPA does not go to the Defense Fund...it is a confusing point for so many.
