I'm not trying to prove anything to anyone in the industry (save those with IQs above 130). I'm not seeking your approval. I'm not hoping you will take me seriously. I'm not trying to make friends with you. I'm not trying to make things easy for you to sort out.
My work is self-authenticating. It doesn't need the approval of pornographers and drug-addicts.
I've blended fictional stories with factual stories since the beginning and six years later, I'm not likely to change. Yeah, you will have to work when you read my stuff. It ain't porn journalism for dummies and I don't plan to dumb down my approach, using different colors to indicate satire, humor, fact, opinion, and the like. Sorry if that makes it out of reach for many members of this board.
