If we were talking about adware or spyware then yes I probably dont have any recourse, this has nothing to do with those products, and we believe we have legal recourse and we are preapered to spend the money to test it. We are also preapred to test other legitimate avenues to hold Shawn and Sextracker SOLELY responsible and accountable for there actions.
As far as adware and spyware products go, i think when those products mature then everyone will be using them including webmasters
