Acacia is taking on the porn world because there are so many whimps and flakes in porn who will shit their pants rather than go to court and fight Acacia. Why am I wrong? I was talking about Acacia. They have a strict budget set for litigation; $1M would last them about a month fighting Microsoft, if that long.
I plan to write them back and ask them exactly what domains and exact URLs I am supposedly infringing on their patent with. Then we'll see where it goes from there. Some folks got letters with domains on them, my letter didn't have any listed.
Whatever happens, I'm not signing; if that's what you're asking.
