If you want to be a real asshole all you need to do is take Billy and his wife out for dinner. Bribes work wonders.
On a serious note, if you have never been to one the PHB is definately the best party at any show I've ever been to. Small event, invite only, great people, great food, etc. Doesn't get much better than that.
