After hearing that radio show and reading between all the legal lines. My guess is that Lew there already knows whats going on over here.
I think Confucy works for him....and I think all this Mitnick crap is a direct result of a problem between him and Kevin.
Kevin.. probably could clear that last bit of mystery up.
