Actually, i have no idea about this issue. thats why i am trying to read about copyright law right now. a lot of interesting questions, a lot of gray areas as well.
I am willing to pay some legal fees if you are. No biggie. It's difficult to believe that you would decide to bring in attorneys. it should be pretty funny none the less. I may just defend myself out of boredom and to prove I can. That would be a good Oprano show for the boys.
The best part is that GFY will have a field day with this one. I may create a whole site and dedicate it to you now. Please do yourself a favor when you sue me and send me high quality scans of all legal documents as well... you know, so that you are comfortable with the quality and accuracy of the info that will be helping to wind down your career in adult while i keep making fun of you on the Internet.
