In part I think its returning to the clean living,Colin.Seriously :-)

Plus when I was at school in England there were a lot of clever..really clever bastards in my class.

I couldn't outsmart them so the only alternative was to out work them.

I got used to 4-5 hours sleeps a night in order to do it.
