Arnold is a hunk. The movie sets get wild at times. However, many of these women were not on movie sets, but in offices. They were afraid they would lose their jobs if they complained.
Now is there time for 15 minutes of fame. The women I know would slap his face or smile and grope back. Arnold was wrong, but if he becomes governor and acts like a fool, he will be in deep trouble.
