They will use anything to justify themselves. So higher productivity because you can delete annoying emails.
Then the sender has to pick up the phone and ask the same question or email is not being used, or the the task was not completed. I see there excuse actually reducing productivity.
But that is the level of intelligence of the people running these SPAM companies.
