In no particular order.....the biggest scammers are:
1.) anyone with an affiliate program accepting traffic
2.) anyone sending traffic to an affiliate program.
3.) employees of the above 1 and 2
4.) Board whores
5.) Any owner of a webmaster resource
6.) Serge
7.) Anyone doing CC or Cheque processing.
8.) Anyone spamming either via mail,chatrooms,icq,IM or SE's
9.) anyone with a TGP or a builder of TGPs
Have I left anyone out? ;-))))

There are some ethical professional people in this industry, but not many... and the number is decreasing all the time.
