There's nothing blocking the hose from either the attachments in to the bag or the floor thingy into the bag (took it apart to find THAT out - oy). It turns on fine. It's blowing out the HEPA filter like it's supposed to, but there's NO suction on the attachments or the floor thingy. I REALLY hate to buy another one if it's something simple. It's a little over 2 years old, but you can look around my house and see it's barely been used.

Any ideas?
