Yeah I do not think Hooper would be held responsible. Infact none of the sponsors should be worried about it, they hired a company that handles shoots, and were responsible for their actions. If the sponsors themselves hired the talent, and orginized the shoots then they would be responsible for it.

I totally agree
I don't think Hooper should be responsible either. His part of the party: keeping things going and people entertained was a huge success from everything I've heard.
The part that was mishandled, strictly IMHO, was the way the talent was handled.
