Does personal responsibility not enter into this at all?
The talent knew that they weren't using condoms or being asked to take tests. From the 2 girls we've heard from, BOTH were allowed to NOT participate when they chose not to because of the lack of condoms/tests.
I'm not saying for ONE MINUTE that condoms/tests didn't need to be used as I believe they should have been, but the performers were adults who were responsible for themselves.
