KimmyKim I think you are correct regarding VISA still wanting to work with IPSPs (the ones who have their business in order), but what about MC... MC latest rules are really looking like they want the IPSPs to drop them?
The "shopping cart" feature, disclosure rules, and the credits/chargeback rules must be direct attacks on the whole IPSPs model?
