Don't you kind of automatically have to have an ego to get ahead in biz, at least somewhat of one? It's hard to vote on the 4, 2 I know well Serge and Brad and the other 2 I've had limited run-in's with. I'm sure if I'd only had limited run-ins with Serge and Brad I'd think they had as big of egos as the others, once you get to know someone a little better though the facade they put out in public tends to disappear.
