As a "sissy" from California who only stuck it out in Lawton, OK for 2 years (when hubby was in the Army) - you are SO right! Wow...that brings back memories from when we lived there... Actually we got married on Ft. Sill - August 16th, 116 degrees and 200% humidity! lol
