Guaranteed Issue Insurance:
$45 per completed application sent out every 2 weeks (with cycles starting on the 1st and 15th - the standard stuff).
This can ONLY be offered on Non-adult sites and/or mailers using adult opt in mailings, but NO adult offerings on the same email.

$12.95 per month for the customer, with the first month free and if they go to the 2nd month, they get a $500 catalogue shopping spree. Good selling point, IMHO!
