At a company I worked at a while back, we weren't allowed to use the word "problem", we were instead supposed to use the word "opportunity".
Worked well when it was marketing related but at times it became unwieldy... ie: walking into the bosses office to report a stuffed up toilet in the men's room..."Hey boss, there is another opportunity for you in the Men's room" didn't always go over well...
