As far as Joe stealing emails off my message board and emailing those people, isn't that spamming?
And I did not Fuck Joe over. He fucked me. I paid him thousands for videos to sell on SoBeGirl. If I add it up over 10 thousand dollars. I did not pay this money so he can tell me what I can or cannot do with the products I purchased and they are now mine. I then spent another 10 grand processing them. And the content is not worthless. It will never be worthless as long as adult websites exist. Even if you give it away for free it still has value in one form or another.
Then he started telling me how I must run my business with the products that I paid for and I own. I told him that he must learn how to compete in a free market. I even tried to help him compete with more effectively. I offered him the use of my servers to deliver the content to his customers.
Joe was very happy to sell me the content when he needed the money. Now he is not so happy and first tried extortion to make me comply and then slander. I did not Fuck over Joe, Joe fucked himself.
But we have been over this a thousand times. Joe himself has admitted to giving me the right to sell the content, his statements are public record on GFY and I have all the paper work I need to prove it and any lawyer will tell you that as fact. The only issue is that Joe says there was a verbal contract for me not to sell some content that I OWN for less than $40 dollars.
We all know that SoBeGirl has been offering content packages for way less than $40 for a long long time. So it is ridiculous for Joe to imply that we had a verbal agreement of such when it is so obviously otherwise.
This whole thing is very simple. Joe needs to compete in a free market. I am competing with J$tyles, these guys in Hungaria, Czech Republic and Europe. They are selling good content for 5 dollars a set and less. Now Joe is resorting to hamas like tactics against me. Stealing emails off my board, and probably spending most of his time badmouthing me as much as he can. When, all he had to do was compete with me and all the other content providers who understand what is going on. I was even willing to help him.
This is the truth. I do what I have to do for SoBeGirl to survive. This is a tough time for content providers and don't believe anyone that tells you otherwise. They will do whatever they can to bolster prices so that they can charge more. They do not grasp the ubiquitous nature of the Internet.
