Given our knowledge of each other we can all, to within a pretty narrow window, predict what each other responses will be to the CIA's upcoming presentation of the
underlying intelligence which was the basis for Colin Powell's UN presentation.
We can do this even though we don't even know yet what the evidence is. Wouldn't we be more enlightened as a group if we couldn't do this? Maybe we need to change.
