we have a full staff. i also dont handle exit consoles, design, accounting, mail servers, members area, customer service, programming, traffic management and on and on and on and on... it's called division of labor, you should try it.. right after you rub two sticks together.. that makes fire.

the support system isnt in place to amuse me. it's there to handle these kinds of concerns... but i'm sure you already knew that.
