I always get excited when I see other people's success in mainstream. It is a tough nut to crack. I have invested in numerous mainstream businesses, some online others brick and morter. So far my batting average is about .250 or so... but it only takes one swing to hit a grand slam.

Of course for me, my grandslam is InterCosmos which own DirectNIC, and our new hosting company Zipa. Of course the reality is, I just got on base, and Sig carried the big bat to launch us into the big leagues....

I have been trying to work on finding, and fixing up classic cars then selling/leasing them. So far it has not been that successful.... lots of issues keep popping up. I was hoping to at least break even and help cover the costs of my personal vehicles.

One thing I continue to put money into, and look for deals is real estate... one day in the future I may turn my property in NO into a subdivision. The city keeps expanding out, and the area I am in is starting to get hot with development. Of course this will not be for years....
